It has fur straps inside so you can wear it like a sweater over the shoulders. It is lined in black rayon faille and has a scalloped hem. It has two slash pockets in front. It is clean and luxurious. The best thing is the unique sleeves. They have snaps underneath that allow them to be completely open.
