A beautiful, perfectly balanced little axe that is lightweight and versatile, perfect for campsite work. It has a hand forged Swedish steel head fixed with a wood and metal wedge in the American hickory linseed oil treated handle. Hultafors forging tradition dates back to the late 1600's. The hatchet is named for the stream where the water for the water wheels was once taken. The axe comes with classic leather sheath and is packaged in its own box with sleeve.
