This is the purr-fect vintage petticoat to wear under a 1950s skirt to get that " puff" you desire! It is made of sheer, somewhat stiffened red nylon organdy, with tulle-reinforced rows of ruffles. The waist to hip area is red nylon knit, like, panties,  theres room for adjustment. It's a real cutie! And if you were Betsey Johnson, you'd wear it on the OUTSIDE of the skirt, or AS a skirt! It is very hard to find this bright red color. It is meant to show!
