Lovely antique 1920s silk pongee young girls dress with dropped waist. It has smocked and embroidered bands at the waist and neckline.
Belt is attached. My photographer didn't realize this was a dropped waist style for a young girl, so it looks more like a short dress on the adult mannequin in the photo. It is as found in a fine PA estate. I believe it is for a girl but you could wear it if the measurements fit you.
