This vintage dress is made of crisp changeable taffeta in baby blue with a cornflower blue sash. It has a unique "Bubble" hem allowing it to be very full, or not, depending on how you like it. It has a few layers of tulle underneath so you wont have to buy an extra petticoat. The bodice is boned and it has a side underarm zipper. No label. Very well made- almost seems like a "Miss America" type gown.
