Lovely vintage 1940s evening gown of rayon with a pink and black floral sequinned motif on the bodice. It has a sweetheart neckline and a peaked waist and is long and sweeping. The bodice is of black rayon crepe, and it has shoulder pads.

The skirt is a layer of rayon chiffon in peachy pink, with a peachy pink taffeta slip underneath. It hooks on the left side with a long row, hidden. 

Would be perfect for a USO dance, or a 1940s formal party!
